I provided event organization and management, building from Dr. Phan’s inspired concept and stewarding his vision through execution of the two-day program. I coordinated the call for doctoral abstracts; acted as liaison to the Carey School’s professional events team to coordinate all site logistics, equipment, and catering; coordinated with the Marketing Department to gather speaker bios and design the event program; documented all student and presenter travel to ensure high engagement and a seamless guest experience; and I executed all aspects of event management including budget, schedule, day-of-event execution, and closeout.
